The movement of staff from one organisation to another (such as a result of the Transforming Community Services Programme) will have implications for the local configuration of the tools that have been introduced to support IIM (i.e. UIM / CIS and the ESR interface). The purpose of this section of the website is to provide an overview of the implications that the movement of staff may have for organisations that have implemented, or are considering implementing, the ESR interface to UIM / CIS as part of their strategic approach to IIM.
